Jasmindar Singh
Vice President

Jasmindar Singh was appointed as the Vice President (CRM/Contact Centre) on Saturday, 29th March 2008. He is currently the Assistant General Manager of iCIMB Call Centre and has 28 years of working experience in the Financial Industry. Last 9 years in Contact Centre Management. He has a Diploma in Computer Studies, Goon's Institute and is a Certified Support Manager, SSPA.

Bernard Chin was appointed as the Vice President (Industry) on Saturday, 29th March 2008. He is the managing consultant in the BPO and contact centre industry and has over 12 years of experience in the industry. He has a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and an MBA from the University of Central Missouri, USA.

Byron J. Fernandez was appointed as a Honorary Secretary on Saturday, 29th March 2008. He is currently the General Manager of SRG Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd and has 9 years of experience in Contact Centre Management. He has a Master Degree in Business with a major in Information Technology from the University of Nottingham Trent of United Kingdom.

Manjelah Thavamoney
Honorary Treasurer

Manjelah Thavamoney was appointed as the Honorary Treasurer on Saturday, 29th March 2008. She is currently the Service Desk Manager of Asia Pacific Information Services Sdn Bhd and has a total of 23 years of experience i.e. 10 years in the hospitality industry, 13 years in Contact Center management experience, 8 years in Telecommunication, 3 years in Banking and currently in IT for the past 2 years. She has a Diploma in Management from MAP in collaboration with Institute of Gordon, Australia. Certificate in NEBS Management from City and Guilds of London Institute.

Chan Fook Yee

Chan Fook Yee was appointed as an Executive Committee member (CRM/CC) on Saturday, 29th March 2008. He is the General Manager-Operations of Kannal Solutions Sdn Bhd and has over 11 years of experience in Contact Centre Management. He has a Bachelor Degree in Business with a major in Information Technology from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia.

 

David Charles Leo

He is the Senior Service Desk Team Leader heading Incident Management for Asia Pacific, International Americas and Emerging Markets and has 4 years of experience in Contact Centres.
