“EMPOWERING THE INDUSTRY TO BE THE NEXT GLOBAL CATALYST”

In order to evangelize the Malaysian industry and to fur ther enhance the capabilities within our industry, the CCAM has embarked on an exciting plan to move the industr y into another phase and to empower its members to be globally compatible through a series of skills enhancement, certification and knowledge pursuit programs. The main aim of the CCAM from this year is to bring about multiple benefits for its members in the areas of professional edification, research and development, statistical studies and Malaysia specific growth resources. There will be member certification workshops and best practice seminars from which members will be able to profit from, both personally and professionally. For corporations, we will embark on a corporate accreditation program to certify and ascertain global compatibility amongst members of our industry. Through our social activities, members will be able to network with significant industry peers and also to catch up on current industry updates through our speakers from various pertinent government and nongovernmental organizations. The CCAM will also award an annual scholarship for an MBA in BPO studies, to a worthy individual who fulfills a stringent merit procedure. This is to create a foundation of knowledge based leaders in our industry and to further fuel the interest amongst aspirants in our trade. From a commercial perspective the CCAM is embarking on producing the “Complete Guide and Directory to Outsourcing and Shared Services in Malaysia”. This is an all-in-one industry ‘encyclopedia’ which would provide all levels of information with regard to the industry, including Malaysia specific white-paper summaries and domestic selling points that are unique to this region. This is a first-of-a kind publication for the country and will include summaries of all member companies and organizations associated with the CCAM. Thank you.
