We would like to invite you to attend our Post Award Feedback session for the recent concluded 14th Malaysia CRM & Contact Centre Industry Awards 2013. We are honor to have President of CCAM, Mr Mohd Irwan Rizal, as the moderator for this session along with Mr Jasmindar Singh, our Award Chairman and some of CCAM EXCO member.
The intent of this Post Award Feedback session is, to learn and get some winning tips from some of our existing winners and judges. It is also a forum for all to share the experiences, thoughts and areas of improvement.
