1st Malaysia International Customer Experience Carnival (MICEC)

In conjunction with the Putrajaya Youth Festival 2013 this coming May, CCAM will be holding the ‘1st Malaysia Customer Experience Carnival’ (MICEC) at Putrajaya, taking place from 24th to 26th May 2013. The aim of this event is to create awareness on the CRM and Contact Centre Industry in Malaysia besides recognizing its value towards achieving a better customer experience.

The three-day carnival will feature 8 segments of activities:

a) Contact Centre Showcase

b) Career Fair

c) Business Matching

d) X-Factor Challenge

e) Malaysia Book of Records

f) Explore Race

g) Clearance Sale

h) Mini Fun Fair

CCAM Members are invited to register for a booth to showcase their Company and at the same time offer job opportunities to potential candidates in the Career Fair!
