Results from the Smile Campaign wil focus in specifically on the initial experience a Caller receives including the wait time, IVR usage, delay announcements and the quality of the ‘welcome’ received by the Agent. Who performs best? Which industry has the longest waiting times? Which industry has the most engaged Agent greetings and much more!
